On the Austrian side the first forest school program day at the nature conservation park of Sparbach took place at the end of June
The children listened to a presentation about Austria's forests and learned about "the forest as a habitat, including the role of deadwood and the biotic and abiotic effects of forests".
After the trip to the nature conservation park, they had lunch: grilled sausages and buns, then the children took to the playground in the park.
