Update of the Implementation Manual - Version 2.0
As the risk-based management verification methodology of the programme was finalised, the Implementation Manual had to be updated to ensure the smooth and appropriate control of partner-level reports and certification of costs. Besides the modifications due to the risk-based management verification, this update granted a good opportunity to make further adjustments to the manual concerning reporting and communication.
The following updates to the manual were carried out:
Corrected threshold for recording procurements (above EUR 10,000 instead of only above EU threshold) in section 3.3.4.3.
Additional information about the recording of data on beneficial owners and subcontractors in section 3.3.4.3.
Minor technical correction in section 3.3.5.1 regarding possible changes in reopened partner reports.
Additional information in section 3.3.5.2 about control of partner reports, including negligible amounts.
Additional text in section 5.5. related to the use of the tag @interregathu.
Minor corrections in the Annex 9.2 File naming for uploads.
Project partners shall carefully study the manual and pay attention to the new updates during their reporting work and project-related communication activities.
